We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

Return Window
You may return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective: sports bras, socks, and other intimate apparel once removed from original packaging.

How to Start a Return
1. Email us at [your email] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll send you return instructions and an address to ship to.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Let us know in your return request and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
